While I do not accept returns, please let me know within 7 days of delivery if there are any issues with your purchase. I will do my best to make sure that you're happy with your order. If the mug arrives broken, or if there is an issue with the design, please send me a picture. This way I can start the replacement or refund process as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately, with the pandemic, it's become difficult to track packages. In some cases, even though tracking information has been assigned, packages may not get scanned by the carrier.
Once the order leaves my establishment, I have no way to know where it's located, if it's not included in the tracking.
If there's been a very long delay, please reach out to the carrier to see if they can provide more information on the shipment. Please let me know as well, so I can also keep an eye on the shipment.
